€260 Million Investment – Oakmond Marbella Officially Breaks Ground

This morning marked the official presentation and ground-breaking ceremony of Oakmond Marbella, a new luxury development dedicated to health, wellness and longevity, to be built on the site of the former Incosol Hotel in Marbella.

Representing an investment of approximately €260 million, the project will feature 140 luxury hotel rooms, 28 private residences, state-of-the-art sports facilities, exclusive dining venues and specialised medical and healthcare services.

The development aims to revitalise one of Marbella’s most iconic locations while further strengthening the city’s international position as a leading destination for luxury tourism, medical wellness and longevity-focused hospitality.

The official opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2029.
